Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.
Package Your Items
Securely place the jewelry in its original Lisa Gozlan pouch and box, ensuring the package is sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
